Hours of Operation:  Open Mondays and Tuesdays Telehealth only and Wednesdays 8am-1pm and Thursdays and Friday’s  in person 8:30am-4:30pm  

Payment Methods: 

Accepting Blue Cross of Idaho as well as private pay at $150 for a 60 minute session

I accept some EAP and HSA if approved ahead of time through your employer and myself

I offer a "courtesy bill" if requested.  

(This is where you pay up front and then a reimbursement form is submitted to your insurance company for possible reimbursement)
