Hours of Operation:  Open Mondays Tuesdays,Wednesdays, Thursdays and some Friday’s in person or Telehealth 8:30am-4:30pm

Accepting Blue Cross of Idaho, Select Health, Pacific Source and St Luke's Health Plan as well as private pay at $190 for a 60 minute session $150 for 40 minute session
